Previous Jobs: I have always worked in the travel sector, with my first job being in Hamburg. I then went straight to the Arrigo Group where I have worked since around 1990.
Hobbies and interests: Reading, baking, music especially blues, travel and my favourite destination is Germany.
Personal Achievements: I hold a diploma as a nail technician
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
My dog Toby!
How would you describe your day job to a child?
My job is to make peoples’ stay in Malta as memorable as possible.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Very busy, including the downloading and collating of lots of data from our overseas customers.
If you could switch jobs with someone, who would it be?
A nurse.
What do you like most about your job?
Variety and challenges keep it interesting.
What’s your most memorable facepalm moment?
Once an operator came over to see us, opened his bag to give us what we thought was a box of chocolates but it turned out to be a complaint!
